Do I need ink?

Never! Sentimo uses thermal printing technology, meaning no ink, ever. You just need to refill the paper rolls when they run out.

How long does the paper last?

One roll of thermal paper can print about 50-70 average-sized notes. The print itself lasts for years without fading if kept away from direct heat sources.

Can I print photos?

Absolutely. The app converts any photo from your gallery into a high-contrast black and white dithered image optimized for thermal printing.

Do I pay now or later?

Customers complete payment at checkout to reserve a unit from the first production run.

Can I cancel before it ships?

Yes. Pre-orders are fully refundable any time before shipment.

Is there a monthly subscription?

The core features of sending and receiving notes are completely free forever. We may offer optional premium features in the future, but the essentials will always be free.
